    New member Gary McKivett ran a PB at the Bramley 20 to show how well marathon training progresses.

    James and Tom scored 1st and 2nd age group prizes at the Eastbourne 5mile race ; Tom no doubt sporting yet another new pair of racing shoes on-test :-)

    Our Masters athletes ventured indoors at Lee Valley in the Southern Championships and the Ayo Falola Dream Mile meeting. Archie Davis also kicked off his season with a 3000m race at Lee Valley, only to realise that he was going down with tonsillitis during the race which badly affected his result.

    Our international athletes continued their winter racing seasons in Poland and Chicago respectively ; George with yet another top class finish in 3:35 for1500m and Charlie dropping down in distance with 1:49 for 800m.
