Training with Brighton Phoenix
At Brighton Phoenix you'll find a varied training timetable with something going on almost every day.
You are welcome to join us for 3 taster sessions to see whether you will be happy at the club. If you then decide that we are the club for you, we will ask you to consider becoming a full member (see the Membership page). All athletes must be members if they wish to continue training with and competing for the club.
The main sessions are listed below, with more details in the other subpages in this section, but please contact us before attending, especially as sessions are currently subject to change owing to COVID-19 restrictions.
Preston Park Interval Session – 18:30 start at the NW corner of the park.
Suitable for athletes running approximately <20 mins Women and <18 mins Men for 5km.
Middle distance training – 18:15

Brick (Bike/Run) – TBC
