The rain it rained and the wind it did blow but congratulations to Andy Bone and team for organising another exceptional event. Anecdotal feedback confirms that this race is rapidly gaining in status.

Bewl 15M
Sun 1 Jul 2012
A little muddier than normal and the odd shower fell, but the home-made cakes and casks of real ale, free to runners, help to make this a special event. The route is around the mighty Bewl Water reservoir, dried up a few months ago but now splendidly full again.
13th Bruce Warren 1:40:25
28th Tom Farsides 1:46:02
65th Lance Bellers 1:51:45
169th Andrew Haig 2:03:23
295th Sonal Chaudhary 2:13:12Tom had been up most of the night pacing Brian Friend through the final 21 miles of his 100M South Downs Way run. After an hour or two's kip he was off to Bewl and managed to knock a good five minutes off his last year's time. Impressive.
