    The adult supersprint race covered a 400m swim, 20k cycle ride ad 4k run. Big congratulations to Charlotte Matthews who at 15 years old was the 3rd senior female - see the news page for more on her race. The Junior (13-15) race covered 300m swim, 8k ride and 4k run.

    Guernsey Graniteman is a half-ironman race (1.9k swim; 56 mile bike; 13.1 mile run) held every two years with a maximum of 100 entrants.  Seasoned middle-distance triathlete Anita Jones coming back from injury and newbie Jim Whitelegg, who has been progressing through tri distances all year, represented Phoenix.  Many congratulations to both.  Their race reports on the Phoenix Facebook page are well worth a read
