The 10 mile race was also a Grand Prix fixture. Well done senior men on the team gold, and Milan Watson for third place overall (second senior man) ; Tobias Bremer (3rd senior man); Donald Maclellan (3rd v45); Austen Hunter and James Rae (1st and 2nd v40); Paul Whelpton (1st m65); Malcolm Kemp and Andrew Haig (1st and 2nd v70) and our guest runner Marta Perez on the win in the 10 miler; and Ben Martin on second place in the 5.

More Sussex Grand Prix fun, as well as this being the county half marathon championships. Some very good results as far as SGP standings are concerned. Alex, Tobias and Milan picked up the prize for third men's team and Andrew Haig was crowned over 70 champion.
