Well done to all Phoenix Teams who ran in the Weakest Link at Duke's mound. Phoenix Team came third overall & the fab Phoenix females came 1st ladies team.

Thanks for your emails about the Weakest Link. Sam from The Jog Shop has put together the finish results for the event (above). The event has grown so much in the past two years and to keep the costs as low as possible we unfortunately can't support working out all the split times. However, Sam does have several pages with multiple columns of times and numbers at the shop so if you didn't manage to get your own split time on the evening feel free to pop in to the shop and have a look through with Sam. -

Congratulations again to Terry Avey finishing the Bluebell 10k 1st in his category. Karthryn Harnett finished the 10 mile race in an impressive 01:28.15 and was 12th in her category

An emotional run for Tom Farsides who returned to run the Boston Marathon this year. He had a great run finishing in 03:06:31.

What a great day for running the London Marathon with superb weather, Mo Farah making his marathon debut, and a sterling run from Kipsang setting a new course record of 02:04:29.
Jon Pepper returned and had a great run finishing in 2:19:59, slightly slower then last year but still an amazing result finishing in 3rd. He still holds the Phoenix marathon record of 02:19:10.

While many Phoenix members were in London for the Virgin Marathon, some were out at Christ Hospital for the Sussex Road Relays.
The Senior A Team dominated the field and retained the title in style finishing just over 3:30 ahead of 2nd place! Phoenix U15 boys also enjoyed amazing success setting a new course record overall and Archie Davis also setting a new lap record.
Other who set the fastest laps were Jake Alger - 1st U17, Toby Lewis: 2nd U15, Bill White: 2nd U17, Robbie Fitzgibbon: 3rd Sen, and Sophie Mansfield: 1st U17
