Two Phoenix men ran at this year's Great South Run - Tobias Bremer and James Miles, both adding decent results to their year's efforts.

Mark Cossey followed up on his PB at Barnes Green two weeks ago with another huge PB at the Oxford Half marathon. This year the Oxford half also featured a "Bannister mile" half way through, taking in a lap of the Iffley Road stadium where the first sub 4 minute mile was run.

Congratulations to the Senior men's team for another monumental relay performance. They finished 16th in illustrious company. This was their second best ever performance in this competition. Held in Sutton Park, Birmingham. Ben Tickner had travelled from Luxembourg to play his part and responded with the fourth fastest run of the day.

The event has grown so much in the past two years and to keep the costs as low as possible we unfortunately can't support working out all the split times. However, Sam does have several pages with multiple columns of times and numbers at the shop so if you didn't manage to get your own split time on the evening feel free to pop in to the shop and have a look through with Sam. -
