    Multisport Championship 2023 Event 1: Virtual Duathlon

    Women's team captain Chelsey Hallam leads the way in the opening event of the 2023 Multisport Championship beating everyone in a great time of 1:06:51 for the 5k run/20k bike/2.5k run virtual duathlon. Alex Bonzi won the men's race in 1:10:07

    European Sprint and Standard Distance Duathlon

    Erica Martin and Nina Atherton once again performed superbly to come 4th and 6th respectively in their age groups at the competitive European Sprint Duathlon Championships.   

    The following day Nigel Lambe, racing for Ireland completed the Standard Distance Duathlon, his first international level race. He said 'today was just about finishing, I pulled some ligaments 4 weeks ago and haven't been able to do any training and was just hoping it would hold together which it did. It was my first race for Ireland, which was amazing'. 

    Well done all three of you, representing your countries at European level.
