Join us for our weekly club run

Session: Medium distance – between 6.5 (11k) and 8.5 miles (14k)
Time: 18:30
Location: Varies – see below for more info

Expect: A social run led by club members. To accommodate runners of all abilities we deploy a 'run-back' system with faster runners returning to the back of the group at intervals ensuring that no one runs alone. Slower runners can take a shortcut if needed. 

Please consider wearing a headtorch or light and/or hi-viz clothing on winter runs for safety.
