Battle of Hastings

The Hasting 5 mile - Phoenix came, they conquered!

Great news from the Hasting 5 mile at the weekend; Ross Skelton took gold with a comfortable win of 25:25, some 15 seconds ahead of second place. In the Men's V50 race, Lance Bellars finished in silver with Nigel Herron bronze & Phil Grabsky eigth. This resulted in Ross, Lance & Nigel Herron taking the men's team competition.

Erica Martin ran an impressive 30:14 to take silver in the women's race whilst in the O65 men's team Andrew Haig took gold in 33:50 and Terry Avey silver in 34:35.
