Spring Newsletter now available

We are publishing our newsletter in two formats from now on. You can download from the home page in glorious colour or, if you prefer, pick up a copy printed in fabulous black and white on track night. Either way it is crammed from edge to edge with fascinating articles, facts and stats. Of particular note are two tales of long distance daring-do from Brian Friend (Phoenix marathon) anf Mike Townley (London to Brighton off-road ultra) and there are comprehensive round-ups of road-running, cross-country and multisport.
