Phoenix Gold medal at the English National Championships !

Jack Gumm took Gold in the 1500m, running 3:55.39 in a slow-run final with a fast sprint finish

Toby Harries also had a fast run in the 400m heats on Saturday, with a 46.38 clocking, just a couple of hundredths of a second outside his club record.
