In Malaga, Spain, Paul Whelpton helped himself to 1st place in the V70 age group with a fantastic 90:44 timing. Thats an age graded performance of 86.9%.

Closer to home at Lea Valley, Sofia Akilade ran her first indoor event of the winter, at the 'Be Fit Today Academy' meeting, running the 200m in 28.20 for 5th place. A great way to blow thw winter cobwebs away.

In Southampton, two Phoenix athletes made the top 5 in the 'Through 10k'. Daegen Beaumont 2nd with 34.28 and Owen Knight 4th, not far behind in 34:53.
