A first England vest for Miles

Miles selected for Englqnd

Miles Waterworth has been selected for his first England International vest, with a place in the England Cross Country mixed relay team at the SIAB International cross country event in Pembrey, Wales on 26th March.

This well deserved selection follows his team gold medal for Sussex and 12th individual place at the English Schools Cross Country Championships on 19th March, at Paddock Wood.

In addition to his Cross Country performances this winter he also won both the English National Championship and South of England Championship over 800metres indoor, at Sheffield and Lea Valley respectively.
