Phoenix flashmob
Saturday July 22nd saw another Phoenix flash mob, this time at the new Peacehaven parkrun. Set up by Phoenix stalwarts Erica Martin and Sue Hudson, the run took place in Centenary Park, Piddinghoe Avenue. Like all park runs, this takes place every Saturday at 9am and is free to enter and run completely by volunteers. Erica is currently the female record holder with a 19:43 over the 5km.
