Tri athletes!
Why run one race at the May Bank holiday when you can run three? Well done to Hannah Carey & Alex Bonzi for completing the Mid Sussex Marathon weekend and for both finishing in third place- tri athletes of a different kind!
Hannah says
"I did this event two years ago so knew what to expect in terms of racing three days in a row, but had forgotten how hilly and challenging each of the individual races are! However I managed to improve on all of the times I ran in 2015 and was very happy to come third female overall! There were also some really good performances by Phoenix runners on the Sunday at Haywards Heath and it was great for us to come away with the women's team prize."
