British champ!

Well done Erica Martin, 3rd in her age category in the British Duathlon Championships. Here's her report:

"First run was 4 laps which felt ok. Weather was very warm and sunny and course was flat and had a good group to run with.
The bike consisted of 8 laps on a different part of the circuit to the run. It made a nice change to have a decent road surface! The wind picked up a bit throughout the bike and 8 laps seemed to go on forever!
The second run passed quite quickly and overall I was pleased with how the race went and was impressed with how well organised everything was."
