Hannah shows her tough side

Listed as a new, faster course, the Meltham Tough 10k still lives up to its name with demanding hills and long, steep descents. The fact it is held in winter means the runners also face adverse weather and skippering conditions. Not perturbed, Phoenix's Hannah Carey not only took part but finished 2nd Senior women in a time of 43:29.
