At Eugene's Diamond League meeting Charlie Grice ran a new personal best in the National Mile with a time of 3:52:64.
In the Diamond League in Oslo on Thursday, against an international field, Charlie again met that time, running the Dream mile in 3:52:85 to place him fifth.
With only 60 days to go until the Olympic Games in Rio, Charlie is one to watch.....
