All go at Turbo

Tuesday 2nd February saw the second of the new Turbo sessions. For those of you who haven't experienced it, Turbo is placing your bike on a turbo to completing a gruelling interval sessions to improve stamina, strength and cadence. It is great way of cross training that pushes you whilst allowing you to work at your own ability.


And for those who haven't had enough, watch the training page for information on the strength and conditioning session with the legendary Dan Stepney of Bigg performance. These sessions will aim ‘do as they say on the tin' to work to strengthen and condition your whole body to reduce, hopefully eliminate, injury.


The sessions are open to anyone.
