Kings of the hill

As the highest point in East Sussex, the Crowborough 10k is known to be a tough, undulating course, taking not 1 but 2 turns of Crowborough Hill.

A huge round of applause to Paul Whelpton (V60-64) and Andrew Haig (V70-74) for finishing first in their age categories & Nigel Herron (V50-54) for finishing third in his age group. And all this after celebrating at the Phoenix awards the night before.....showing the rest of us how it's done!
