Monster Mini Miles
Following on from their Cross Country success the Phoenix Girls showed the rest how it's done in the The Iconiq Shlurp! Mini Mile Races, held April 12th. Run on the final mile of the marathon course, over 2,200 children and young people battled it out in U18, U15, U13 and U11 Boys and Girls races.
Phoenix proudly saw around 50 entrants and results are still coming in.
Well done to Olivia Harding who came 1st position in her U11 Girls race with U13 runners Almi Nerurkar & Louisa Saunders placed 2nd & 3rd respectively in their races.
Not to be outdone by the Girls Alex Brothwell came 3rd in his U11 race.
