Josh and Erica make it a Phoenix double at Bexhill 10k as Tobias secures his first podium finish

In breezy conditions, Josh Guilmant chose to hit the front of the Bexhill 10k early and put daylight between him and the field. He came home in 31.55. Erica Martin had a tactical battle with Sue Fry and Vicki Clark throughout the race, coming out on top over the last 2k where her strength showed (40.19). Tobias Bremer who suffered with a stitch in the last 5k battled through to secure his first top 3 finish.
