Blackcap Club Handicap Run

Perfect summer evening for the annual club Handicap run. A good turnout and a very tight finish amongst the field due to good handicapping ( and not believing everything the runners said about their level of fitness!)

A big thank you to Sue H for great organisation and time keeping, Colin S for such accurate handicapping (it helps to have had the Phoenix 10K only the week before), and Bruce W and Tom F for volunteering to help marshal / time keep.

It was the best weather we've had for the event and a good turn out so thanks to everyone that joined in.

Watch out for another evening event that will be in similar style and likely to involve the 'BIG W' and a pub in Kingston (Nr Lewes) probably later in August.
