Phoenix retain team title at LA Frosty
Tuesday 6th March 2012
On a wet and windy Sunday morning the Brighton Phoenix Multisporters were out in force to defend the team title at the annual season opener of the LA Frosty Aquathlon in Littlehampton.
Some great individual performances in the main Frosty race ( 800 swim / 10k run) with Paule Kremer taking first female prize , Deb Evers first female supervet , Emma Hughes second female and Alex Bonzi second male as well as the first team prize with the team of Paule, Alex, John Tindell and Malcolm Hughes.
Also some good performances in the shorter Frostbite race ( 400 swim / 5k run) for those just wanting a sprint...
