Malcolm Kemp’s Middle Distance group of older grizzled athletes ruled the roost at Saturday 9th August Sussex Masters at Lewes Athletics track.
 
Gold in the 200m and 400m for V50 Dave Rogers
Gold in the 200m and Gold in the 400m for V55 Barry Blackwell
Silver in the 200m V60 and Gold in the 400m for V60 Phil Grabsky
Bronze in the Long Jump, Gold in 100m, Bronze in 200m, silver in 400m for V60 Nigel Herron
