British Masters Indoor Championships

On Sunday 800 & 1500 for the M55 & M65 age group
Kevin Lowe took 4th in the M65 800m with 2:46.84
In the M55 800m final Adrian Haines took the title with 2-12.20 from Steve Atkinson's 3rd place in 2-12.26. The photo below shows how close the 800m was on the line. Adrian and Steve are training group teamates in Malcoms Kemps Wednesday group and seem to battle out every champtionship they enter !
In the 1500m final Adrian Haines won Gold again in 4-37.86 and Bronze went to Steve Atkinson 4-41.25, with Phil Grabsky in 6th with 5:03.93. The video below shows the last 300 of the 600m, quite a burn up !
Adrian Haines tried for a treble in the 400m but had to settle for 3rd place in 59.47.
