Finn in top form

At Brighton Prom Parkrun, Finn McNally, warming up for the super-fast Pul5k next friday in Battersea Park, ran the weeks fastest Parkrun in the UK, with a time of 14:24. Following his strong second place at the Sussex County XC champs, he is progressing nicely into form and will be hoping soon to beat his 5k PB of 14:09 set in February last year.
