Welcome to this week's Phoenix Parkrun Round-Up in which we take a look at the achievements of club members at parkrun from the weekend. From PBs to milestones to parkrun tourism, this is a chance to celebrate both personal achievement and the joy of running!

If your achievement isn't listed below then that likely means you don't have Brighton Phoenix listed as your club on parkrun! We use the parkrun website, the Club Strava page and www.thepowerof10.info to search out performances and stories. If you have an achievement you want to shout about then reach out to Billy Gates on WhatsApp.

We're particularly interested in receiving photos of Phoenix runners at parkruns to include in these articles too - PB or not!

Congratulations to 3 members on achieving a parkrun PB!

Freya Hughes: 19:33 (Hove Promenade) last week (08/10), and followed that up with 1st female finisher on the Prom this week!
Thomas Sorrell: 23:50 (Brighton & Hove)
Harry Swindells: 17:36 (University Parks)

Notable Mentions

Jon Clays came in 1st overall at Preston Park (16:54) with a mighty 81.36% age grade on top of that
Adrian Haines topped the age grading at Horsham parkrun (18:42 - 82.17%) last week (08/10)
