Toby wins National title and Club Record

A 200m heat win for Toby earlier in the weekend, saw him drawn in the outside lane, and he stormed to a gun-to-tape National title and club indoor record with a PB of 20.99.

Beth Kidger also ran a 3 second club indoor record of 9:14:95 in the 3000m, finishing 4th and moving away from fellow Welsh international Ceri Hughes who had beaten Beth in the recent road 5k in London. Almi Nerurkar ran 9:34 for 9th place.

Charlie Grice made the top 3 in the 1500m final, but George Mills decided not to run.

Archie Davis in the 800m, after winning his heat, attempted to pass the 3rd placed athlete on the outside as they negotiated the bend, but wasn't able to get past and finished 5th.
