Road PB for Beth

Beth Kidger making another appearance in a Wales vest chased home winner American Allie Keiffer to register 4th place in her new road PB of 15:57. Beth was just edged out of the top 3 by Charlotte Arter and Cari Hughes with just a second separating the top 4. Tara Bage hung on for a 17:30 clocking.

In the men's elite race, Finn McNally, representing East Dublin Harriers ( but wearing the white and blue of Phoenix ) to further his claims for a commonwealth games place for Northern Ireland, had great run to finish 15th in 14:09 and Robbie Fitzgibbon, racing his way back to fitness after a long lay-off, finished in 14:37 

In the open men's race Ali Carter showed his current fitness with a 15:48
