Sussex Masters Cross Country

Coombe farm, Lancing - a dry grassland course, albeit very hilly, provided good competition in three races.

• Over50/60 & 70 in race 1;
• Women Over 35/45/55 in race 2;
• Men over 40 in race 3.

Phoenix men win team gold for both M40 and M50 races.

Individual medals for Paul Wishart M50 bronze and Andrew Haig M70 silver.
