Almi wins at Lea Valley

A dominant win by Almi Nerurkar in the 3000m at Lea Valley on 10th February.

A 5 second win, in front of Phoenix 2nd claimer Gemma Kersey, gave Almi her new indoor PB and place in the UK rankings top 10.

3rd places in the 800 for Milly Dickinson and Luca Bigg also feature in our results update here
