Swimming at Roedean

If you want to try us out please do sign up on the Club Swim WhatsApp group. The one hour coached sessions are Thursdays during term time at 6pm (arrive at 5.45 to change and get ready). Please bring £6 to cover pool and lifeguard hire costs and your goggles, swim suits and enthusiasm! If you have any ‘swim toys’ pull buoys, fins etc. bring them too, but they are not essential. Liz puts together a swim session appropriate for each ability level, including a warm up, drills and a conditioning set.
