Phoenix Lockdown Turbo Session

COVID-19 wasn’t going to stop the Triathletes having their Monday Turbo Session who instead had virtual turbo session on Zoom led by Liz and Erica

There was a great turn out with Hannah, Geoff (Lucy) Manns, Geoff Pike, Hildi and her daughter Elsie, Jude, Amelia, Flo, Andrew, Eogan , Sue Hudson, Austen and even our chair Mike all virtual turboing..

It was a huge success – great banter, a good workout  and so nice to catch up with Phoenix mates. So much so they have decided to make it a regular lockdown event. Thanks Liz and Erica
