Lizzy Brama Wins at East Grinstead

On Sunday 16th May Lizzy Brama upset the pre race favourites and Won the women's race at the 25th Anniversary East Grinstead Triathlon. As you will see from her race report on the forum it was not the usual training week prior to the event. May be a lesson for us all!
