Go on....Tri it!

Exciting new multi-sport training sessions have started....

Led by Liz Halliday and Erica Martin, the sessions are for anyone.... so if you want to improve your skills or are thinking about starting to compete in multi-sport come along and tri it!

Sessions are on a mix of Mondays and Tuesdays to try to give as many people as possible a chance to have a go. They start at 18:30 and run for an hour and half but late comers are welcome as it is easy to fit in with the session.

After May look out for some Swim/Bike/Run sessions too.

Monday 14th May:East Hoathly - Lewes Wanderers 10 mile TT course 10/87 : bike TT then run after

Monday 21st May: Stanmer Park by the Church: Bike/Run brick

Tuesday 29th May:Steyning - Brighton Excelsior 10 mile TT course 10/97 Bike TT then run after
