Young Sussex Sports Personality

Congratulations to Archie Davis for becoming Sussex Young Sports Personality of the year.
The 14th annual Sussex Sports Awards, held at The Grand Hotel, Brighton, on Friday 25 November, celebrated in style with a black tie event that was attended by five times Olympian Jo Pavey.
The awards recognise individuals and organisations who have achieved greatness in their field of athletics or in their support of local sport.
At 18 years of age, Archie Davis' has shown consistent performances at 800 and 1500 metre distances in local, national and international events to rank him in the top 10 in the country at these two distances. Winning Young Sports Personality of the year is a well deserved recognition for his achievements.
