Cosmic at Cosmeston

Erica Martin took on the Cosmeston Duathlon (near Cardiff) on March 20th and came second!

Erica reports the first run took place over trails and around lakes in Cosmeston Country Park. "I was pleased to lead after this as have only been running properly for a couple of weeks after 5 weeks off (with injury)". The bike section was a couple of laps out and back before returning to the park for a 2.5km second run.

Erica now has her sights on the European Duathlon Championships.....
