Erica on a roll
Congratulations Erica Martin for her silver medal in the Female 30-34 Age Group category at the Triathlon England National Duathlon Championships at Oulton Park on 4th October.
Erica says
"Conditions were perfect; warm and sunny.
The first run was two laps, which went fairly well and I felt strong.
9 laps of the bike felt never ending so I was glad to finish and get onto the final run.
This went well and I managed to pass a few people.
I was pretty pleased with the result, especially after having a cold in the days leading up to the race."
