Well done to Will Russell who ran his 250th parkrun at Hove Park on Saturday 8th August.

Running for Phoenix in the 15-17 age category, Will completed the 5k race in 20;56. He is by far the most prolific Phoenix athlete at parkrun.

Congratulations also to Andrew Haig who, with a time 20:03, set a new M70-74 age category record at Hove Park, showing older & faster not older & wiser is the way to go!

Meanwhile at the fourth running of the new Hove Promenade event Josh Guilmant set a new course record. His time of 15:28 was a a minute and a half ahead of the second placed runner. Well done Josh.
