Charlie Grice beats rivals for first place at the British Championships but still needs to find Beijing qualifying time.

Running in the 1,500 meters at the British Championships in Birmingham last Saturday, Phoenix's Charlie Grice showed his trade mark finish leaving the others in the field behind.

Running in 3:50:66 this is still short of the 3:36:20 qualifying for the World Championships in Beijing.

Well done to Robbie Fitzgibbon who finished 8th in the heats in 3:50:47 - close to the final's finishing time.
