INTERNATIONAL SUNDAY!
Spencer Thomas and Archie Davis both ran for England at the Welsh Athletics International Indoor Championships in Cardiff. Donning their first international vests, they did themselves, club & country proud with a 1, 2 finish in the U20 800m.

Meanwhile in Prague..... Charlie Grice got closer to the medals in the Senior International Indoor Championships. In his closest position to date, he came 5th in the 1500m final at the European Indoor champs. His time was a new Phoenix indoor record & yet another Pb on an international stage.
