Well done to Charlie Grice on his new 1500m pb set in the Glasgow Diamond League Grand prix.
In the race he was passed by two Brits, Chris O'Hare and Jake Wightman, who some of you may remember trained with us for a summer a few years back.
Despite dropping a bit down the UK ranking Charlie's pb of 3:35.59 moves him ever closer to the number two spot on the Phoenix All Time Lists which is currently held by Mark Rowland with 3:34.53 who of course still holds the UK record for the steeplechase (both 2kms and 3kms).
