Josh consolidates lead in Sussex 5k rankings

Josh Guilmant travelled all the way to Stretford track Manchester on Saturdayf 25 July to compete in a paced 5k race. Second in the B race, and just 4 seconds behind the winner, his time of 14:46.8 knocked an impressive 12 seconds off of his previous best time of 14:58.0. This fantastic run consolidates his position at the top of the Sussex 5k rankings.
