Frost bites
The Frosty Aquathon, held annually at Littlehampton is now in its nineteenth year. The main race consists of an 800m swim followed by a 10km run. Jumping out of the pool and heading into the strong, coastal winds tests the strongest of resolves.
This year saw Phoenix athletes well in the mix for medals with Malcolm Huges and Debs Evers winning the Super Vet titles and Jon Tindall coming second for the seniors.
There is also an award for the fastest team (which must include a female) to finish in which Phoenix came third.
Well done also to Hildi Mitchell, Emma Hughes and Jon Wright.
