Paule out shines Ben in her home city!

Ben Tickner may have an envious record over the last 3 years of winning more than he loses on the continent, but he had to settle for 4th place in the Luxemburg 10k behind a pack of Kenyans who he will no doubt give a better run for their money if he turns up fit next year. However it was a different story for Paule Kremer as she powered away to win the 5k event by 14 seconds in 20.57 making sure a gold medal will be coming back to Brighton.
