Nigel Herron, Erica Martin and Toby Lewis took part in the Althorp Duathlon - Sprint distance. This was a qualifier for the 2015 European Duathlon Champs.

Mark Cossey followed up on his PB at Barnes Green two weeks ago with another huge PB at the Oxford Half marathon. This year the Oxford half also featured a "Bannister mile" half way through, taking in a lap of the Iffley Road stadium where the first sub 4 minute mile was run.

This event is part of the West Sussex Fun Run League but, run over cross country it is popular as a warm up event for the XC season. This year just one Phoenix runner joined the 349 entry. Guess what – he won it, 6 seconds ahead of the second runner.

Congratulations to the Senior men's team for another monumental relay performance. They finished 16th in illustrious company. This was their second best ever performance in this competition. Held in Sutton Park, Birmingham. Ben Tickner had travelled from Luxembourg to play his part and responded with the fourth fastest run of the day.
