Monday Evening                                                                                                                                                Tempo sessions:                                                                                                                                                        - A longer tempo is run from Preston Park Cycle track or the seafront: meet 6:40pm for 7pm start ( contact Josh for more info guilmant@gmail.com ). Suitable for male athletes running 5k in around 18 minutes or quicker and female athletes 22 minutes or quicker.                                                                                                                                - A middle distance tempo is run from the King Alfred Car Park at 6pm (contact Paul for more info paul@paulcollicutt.com)
