There are two tempo sessions operating on a Monday night.
A longer tempo is run from Preston Park Cycle track or the seafront: meet 6:40pm for 7pm start ( contact Josh for more infoguilmant@googlemail.com ). Suitable for athletes running 5k  in around 18 minutes or quicker
A middle distance tempo is run from the King Alfred Car Park at 6pm (contact Paul for more info paul@paulcollicutt.com)

I am a BTF level 2 coach, so feel free to speak to me about all things multi-sport.  I still participate in local  triathlons and duathlons  and have represented GB at age-group level in the past.  I have been a member of Phoenix AC for over 16 years, helping form the mulit-sport side of the club  and have previously served on the Management Board.  You can usually find me at the track on Wednesday trying to hone my newly re-invigorated track-racing skills but I'm equally at home on the road for 10k or 1/2 marathons, at parkruns or on the country in winter.

I coach at the track session on Wednesdays mainly the senior group but also help out with the younger ones. I am a BTF level 2 coach and also a UKA coach.  I have competed in lots of multisport events both in the UK and around the world as an "age grouper" which has been a great way of seeing the world. I have been on the club board in various capacities but mainly as treasurer for several years until 2017.
