Phoenix raises £600 for the City's Homeless

LIzzy qualifies for Kona

Another fabulous day at the SDW relay

Senior men and over 60 men triumph at Sussex Road Relays

This is the one we wanted to win and the competition, at a baking hot Christ's Hospital, was fierce. Brighton and Hove led for the early laps but the Phoenix senior men's team took fire and emerged the winners by nearly a minute.

Vets excell in Brighton Marathon

Medalling Masters

The Sussex Masters XC Champs postponed from December, finally took place at Lancing on 22 January. Phoenix walked away from the proceedings with two team medals. Defending champions, the over 60s had to be content with silver this year.
